What I do.

01 Websites

Design & build.

Custom websites that look the part and bring in real inquiries.

02 Automation

Workflow automation.

The repetitive work — invoices, bookings, follow-ups — handled quietly.

03 Integrations

Joined-up systems.

Your tools connected so your data lives in one place.

04 Retainer

Ongoing partnership.

A fixed monthly engagement for updates, ideas and everything in between.

Process

Three steps. No jargon.

A simple, transparent way of working — designed to give you clarity early and eliminate surprises later.

Step 01 / Discovery

A conversation, not a pitch.

A 30-minute call to understand your business, your operations and the points of friction. I listen, ask the right questions, and identify the highest-leverage work.

30 minutes · complimentary
Step 02 / Proposal

A plan, in plain English.

Within a few days you receive a written proposal: scope, fixed price and a realistic timeline. You decide what's in, what's out, and when to begin.

2–5 days · written proposal
Step 03 / Delivery

Progress you can see.

Weekly updates and a shared preview link from day one. We launch when you're ready — and I walk you through everything, so nothing stays a mystery.

About

A small studio for small businesses who want to be taken seriously.

I founded The Stack Digital to give small businesses the kind of digital setup usually reserved for companies ten times their size — without the agency overhead, the unclear invoices, or the opaque pricing.

Every project is led by me, personally. I design the site, build the automations, wire up the integrations, and stay involved long after launch. One point of contact, one bill, one person who knows your business inside out.

Fixed, written pricingAgreed before we start. No surprises, no hourly meters.

Good to know

Common questions.

The things people most often ask before we speak. If yours isn't covered, the discovery call is the best place to raise it.

How is pricing structured?

+
Everything is quoted as a fixed, written price before we begin — based on the scope of your project, not an hourly rate. You'll know the total cost and what's included before a single line of work begins.

I'm not sure what I need — is that a problem?

+
Not at all. Most clients arrive the same way. Bring the business problem; I'll figure out the smallest, highest-leverage piece of work that moves the needle, and we'll build from there.

How long does a website take?

+
Typically three to six weeks from kick-off to launch. Simpler sites can be completed in around two weeks. A realistic timeline is agreed in writing before the work starts.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

+
Yes. I build on tools designed for non-technical editing — no developer required for day-to-day changes. Every project ends with a recorded walkthrough so you know exactly where everything lives.

What happens after launch?

+
Most clients continue on a light monthly retainer so anything that comes up is handled quickly, without a new quote each time. Retainers are optional and can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Do I own the website and accounts?

+
Completely. Every account, domain, tool and piece of content is registered in your name. If we ever part ways, nothing is taken away — you keep the entire stack.
